04:30 to 06:30 pm
at Willard Auditorium, 1st floor, DCH Medical Center, Tuscaloosa
Under the sponsorship of AAPI (American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin), we have a kick off meeting to introduce anti-tobacco education for middle and high school kids. We will have a initial session on Sunday March 9th from 0430 pm to 0630 pm at Willard Auditorium, 1st floor, DCH Medical Center, Tuscaloosa. You may park at visitor's parking in the medical tower and walk across the walkway on the first floor of the hospital and the auditorium is to the right at the end of the walkway. We have invited any school aged child and we will show a set of power point slides on ill effects of smoking and provide some interactive tools. These will be provided to all high school children who can present in their and other schools at any given opportunity, thus reinforcing the hazards of tobacco.
