KELLY REID | Music Director | WKNC

It is a weekly event that WKNC hosts at a local pub. There is no cover charge at the door and [there is a] complimentary beer tasting. It benefits all parties involved: bands earn money through having another venue to play and they are also able to gain exposure; the radio station earns money; the featured brewery expands their customer list; and the pub increases business on a non-weekend night. It is an event that truly supports the community.
