New Bravery Album, The Killers Nominations, ASHES dIVIDE and More

I'm Gonna Be Honest With You...That Smells Like Pure Gasoline.

Can you believe there's only 11 months left in the new yeasr?!?!?! I kid, I kid, we're not starting the countdown just yet. There's way too much going on in 2008 and chances are I'm going to need every day (including that funky leap day) to fit it all in. I'll be honest, I'm ridiculously busy these days and need an army of assistants...that's where you beautiful people come in to the picture! You love your pal Rock, right? You love contests, good music, concerts, and freebies...right? You want to keep me from drowning in this pool of awesome...RIGHT?!?!?!?!

Good, time for you to start taking some of this terrific off my hands...

Bravery Announce New Album
The Bravery recently completed The Sun and The Moon Complete, a two disc set featuring The Sun (the original album) and The Moon (same songs, same order, re-imagined and re-worked by the band.)

Sam Endicott says, "This is The Moon side of The Sun and the Moon, all the same songs but a completely different album. The Sun is us experimenting in the studio; The Moon is us back on our home turf."

NME Nominees Announced
Shockwaves 2008 NME Award nominations were recently announced and The Killers received two nominations for Best International Band and Best Cover Art for Sawdust.

Log on today and vote. Voting for the awards ends on Monday, February 25^th and the awards take place on February 28^th at the Indig02 in London.
